Jeff Starling is the Inspection and Testing Division Manager for Starling Madison Lofquist, Inc., a consulting structural and forensic engineering firm. Born and raised in Arizona, Mr. Starling attended the University of Arizona and graduated in 2008. Since college he has earned 14 licenses for inspection and materials testing. He has 6 ICC inspection licenses including Master of Special Inspection, 2 ACI certifications, 2 ATTI certifications, EIFS Inspector along with MSHA, OSHA and radiation safety officer. He is also currently the qualifying party for his firms Class A – General Engineering contractor’s license. Mr. Starling spent 6 years with Ninyo and Moore as an operations and project manager in charge of 25 technicians in 3 offices. Since coming back to Starling Madison Lofquist in 2014, Mr. Starling has been performing numerous inspections for concrete repair projects across Arizona, working closely with contractors, designers and suppliers to achieve quality, lasting results. In addition to concrete repair, he performs inspections for new and existing construction, forensic investigation repairs and construction defect litigation. Mr. Starling lives in Gilbert, AZ with his wife and two dogs.
